Emma’s 7th Birthday // Drive-by Birthday Bakery

In the midst of sheltering in place, with lockdowns and events - not to mention life - on hold, designing and planning this birthday party for Emma was exactly the ray of sunshine I needed. Emma and I love sweets, and we thought of having a drive-by birthday bakery, complete with a custom built lemonade stand. We invited guests to come by, and most people ended up staying and hanging out in our front yard. It was an unseasonably warm day, and it was so good to see faces and have conversations in person again.
